On our rental application you may check an optional, unchecked SMS box to receive recurring transactional text messages from REAL RENTALS at the mobile number you provide, about your application, rental, payments, vehicle pickup and return, service, and customer support. We do not send promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of renting a vehicle.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or email team@drivereal.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, and most other major U.S. carriers.
